I'd like to get the chance to shoot one just for the experience. I do know a guy that more than likely has or will have one.I'll have to give him a call.

I'm sure a lot of the bear hunters up in Maine will give them a shot as a backup. Up until now the 44mag has been the gun of choice for that purpose.

I've heard the Ruger .44 is worse than the Smith .44. Ruger has a more rounded handle that slides more. I know a guy who can shoot a Smith .44 all day and gets spooked when he shoots his Casull .44.
