These petty dictators who think they can arbitrarily discriminate against a legitimate business are real life caricatures right out of Ayn Rand.

For years we didn't have a Wall Mart. Had to drive to Champaign or Peoria for a Sam's Club and Decatur for a Wall Mart. Then we got a Wall Mart. Did so well they closed it and opened a Super Wall Mart. That store set sales records for day, week, month and year. Opened a 2nd Super Wall Mart, both were doing so well we now have a Sam's Club.

Odd thing is that all other businesses are also doing better. Farm and Fleet is right next door to the 2nd Wall Mart and the lot is now always full. I haven't heard of one small retailer who closed because of Wall Mart in my area. Then again we just had our worst unemployment in years at 2.6%.
