Plus the Pakistanis have been arguably the world's most dangerous proliferator of nuclear secrets. We, however, pay them a portion of the $5.7 billion that we're borrowing on the nation's credit card. I don't believe anyone from the admin has disputed the Kurdish claim that THEY, not us, found SH. Possibly the Pakistani government is using the same tactics for leverage both for aid and to hide from nuclear proliferation charges.
