Steve--re: negative comments from Templeton. The comments came from an article in Forbes that was published earlier but only made available to the public this week.

One could also explain the price weakness by a general weakness in technology stocks over the past week, aggravated by the expectation that interest rates will rise, notwithstanding the decision of the Federal Reserve last week to held them at present levels.

But I believe the most important factor here are the Templeton comments, since anything he says gets a lot of attention.
