LB,
Both kerry and edwards are far from perfect. If you could morph Edward's personality and exhuberance into Kerry, you might end up with the original JFK.<g>
Kerry, running around with the vietnam vets, will get real tired as the campaign against bush begins in earnest. People will start to ask who is kerry anyway?--the hero who saved the lives of others or the anti-war activist who threw his medals away?? Kerry cant even answer that question and thats why he is so torn on the iraq war and why he voted against the gulf war earlier. Half of him wants to fight and the other half not get involved. He has a split personality when it comes to war. A true leader must make these decisions based on the info he has at his disposal in real time. If intel is wrong or unforseen casualties occur the president must bare that burden. Bush was/is able to do that. Kerry can't and that realizatoin is what will eventually bring him down, if bush can get his campaign back on track. Mike@rantingagain.com
