Bush cant make gay marriage an issue. Kerry doesn't support it. What worked against dean won't work against Kerry.

If Bush tries to act harshly against gays, Kerry will make him look like a gay-basher and women and moderates will drop Bush in droves. Kerry already enjoys a big advantage over Bush with women voters, even Republicans women more and more. Imus was just saying his his very conservative GOP wife is now backing Kerry.

As the author of Kerry's new best-selling bio says, Kerry will be a very-very difficult guy to attack for the right-wing. for one thing, if you hit him, he hits back twice as hard and with more moral authority. Bushies better prepare for a lot of black eyes and bloody noses.
