Comparing it to Brown v Board of Education is pretty hysterical, IMO I thought so also. I left that one alone, and sent him this answer. "I can live with the end result, but think the means, a court decision, will only aggravate the situation. Same problem we now have with "Rowe V Wade." This should have been done State by State with legislation. Forcing it down people's throats has caused a Constitutional Amendment to be proposed. If it passes, and it has a very good chance, your cause will be set back for generations. "
