You know, I read that courts ruling in total. Honest to God, if you read it all and their thoughts behind it, I believe I could marry my Male DOG. Check it out if you think I am BSing. Yeah you're BSing [I'm being generous]....dogs don't have Constitutional rights. Now, could I then get the tax deductions? You don't need the marriage to get a tax deduction. As long as you're providing the majority of support for the dog and he has a Social Security number, you can take a deduction. jttmab
