Jeffords switch gave the Dems subpoena powers in the Senate which they could have used to investigate the Bush-Cheney-Enron-Baker-Reliant,Duke-Williams-El Paso ties. I still main that this was all a big white collar heist, power and money grab by the Texas GOP in conert with their energy thief friends. Almost everything Bush and Cheney told us during the crisis turned out to be a lie. Rememebr Cheney telling us we needed 1300 new power plants ASAP or else?
