It is not OK for them to kill ANY citizen or resident of the U.S., here, in Iraq, or anywhere else. Not under any circumstances, regardless of their justifications.

Not even the soldiers who have invaded their country?

Why, that sounds awfully close to "We can invade and occupy their country, kill them all we want, soldiers AND civilians, BUT it's not OK if they fight back"

Would you care to elaborate on that?
