Bush mentioned OBL in every other sentence until the focus switched to exploiting 9/11 for an excuse to invade Iraq for it's oil. Therefore he had to morph OBL into Saddam in the minds of his parrot followers, and they bought it. I had an idiot in the restaurant yesterday still arguing that Saddam did 9/11. Isn't that the effect that they wanted?
