Sorry, I can't think that these things have any bearing on Martha's situation or the fact that she is a "high profile" example and nothing else. I think it comes down to envy and the wanting to make a show "no one is above the law"

EVEN THOUGH that is clearly not the case for those connected to and engaged in the government.
