she is ACCUSED of lying about a securities transaction. It is quite amazing how envious people are of other people who have money.

There was obviously not enough evidence to charge with insider selling (though, I think perhaps this should be limited to officers of a corporation in the first place -- or at least someone with a fiduciary trust of some kind).

But where is the perspective -- where is the sense of proportion on this -- 4000 shares of ImClone. Where is the motive?? It's like accusing me of lying about cheating a cashier at WMT for a quarter --
