Bob, these people at GENENTECH..........ARE THEY GOOD OR WHAT?????? BUT, shouldn't we ALWAYS retain the ability to see BOTH sides and think negatively........you know just so we make sure some don't get scared we are crazy with enthusiasm for THE ONLY APPROVED DRUG FOR CONTINUOUS USE IN MODERATE TO SEVERE PSORIASIS???????LOL BTW, go to the nasdaq site and check recent INSTITUTIONAL holdings for Xoma. If this keeps up there may not be many shares left for the retail investor!!!! Think goodness there are at least around 83 million shares outstanding in case an institution wants to accumulate a significant amount to make it worth their while.<g>

Hey Bob, you are very knowledgeable so lets say for the sake of argument you are a dermatologist with a brand new Psoriasis Treatment Center. As you know Raptiva is now available. Your MILD psoriasis patients are not satisfied with their treatments and desperately want to try Raptiva. Since they are only MILD psoriasis suffers, what dosage and frequency would you prescribe off label???? Could you structure the dosage and frequency to be cheap enough for most patients because they only have MILD psoriasis??? Could you combine Raptiva with much smaller dosages and frequency of other meds to treat MILD psoriasis??? Is this how most clinicians think when trying to treat diseases in the best possible way??? Also wouldn't MILD psoriasis suffers flock to your new psoriasis treatment center if you were successful in using Raptiva in innovative ways??? Do you know how many people suffer DAILY with MILD psoriasis???
