It would therefore appear that, in order
to be consistent, the detractors of both
Clinton and Bush should be in the same camp.
After all, the theme is the same. ("You lied".)

I love the right's moral compass. Lying about a BJ is the same as lying about starting a multi billion dollar war. Right !

I suppose from your viewpoint, Jackson and Timberlake should be hung right along with Clinton and Bush.

I see you're being your usual tiresome, dense self.

Why don't you reread my post before
you get your panties in a twist.

The Clinton fiasco was not simply about a BJ, it was
about perjury. The truth eventually did come out,
which showed unquestionably that he did lie under oath.

There hasn't been the same kind of proof to
show that Bush lied, vs. being mistaken
vs. anything else. But that's not even my point.
I find it interesting that people who love to shout "liar"
are still apologists for Clinton or insist that folks
like Kerry never took contradictory positions.

It's all situational ethics or
whatever is expedient to say on any given day.

Your post is particularly illustrative.
The "situational ethics" syndrome is why you
cannot see that it is a serious matter for
the POTUS to perjure himself, and why
there is a different standard for entertainers
than for the POTUS.

If you want to talk about "moral compass",
you better figure out what that means.
