CAT, your table:
Without detail, unintelligible gibberish, mixed with OHLC prices. No explanation as to "when" your signal fired off (intraday? end of day? at midnight under the moon?) What are the columns which are not obviously price related? Meaning of colours?

instant-cash.via.t-online.de

CAT, my chart:
trendvue.com

(At arrow) Failed test of top on the day of Jan 27, a prudent EOD swing trader would sell CAT short that day before the close. A longer term investor could sell it at the open the next day.

A smart intraday trader, knowing earnings coming out, sells here:
trendvue.com

On the failed test of top.

Earnings report drives stock lower. Its been in a downswing ever since.

No matter what the time frame, a trading plan can be made to work. No mystery.

A simple explanation.
