In regard to the threat posed by Iraq, I do.

He never used those words. And President Bush framed the
threat Iraq posed by specifically stating that waiting for
the threat to become imminent was the wrong approach. Then
he laid out specifically why it was the wrong approach.

For those claiming, "well yes, but what he really
meant"..... that's just trying to deceptively reframe the
issue purely for partisan political gain.
