Just heard Kudlow & Robt Reich exchanging views of outsourcing jobs. Reich suggested a temporary tax incentive for companies creating American jobs could give the extra jumpstart necessary for this so-far jobless recovery.
Kudlow(being the capitalist fundamentalist that he is) said absolutely 'no'--the natural business cycle order should be allowed to kick in. Kudlow never entertains the possibility that globalization might require different standards & strategies than the 'obsolete' business cycle he still espouses. Edwards & Dean might have the fresh thinking necessary for jobless dilemma, but unless one of them gains support this wkend, a Kerry Adm will probably be even worse than Bush's for American workers.
