Because their thumb is up their ass?
Actually why would you even want them to bother?
They would just say something silly anyway or worse yet, just get it all totally wrong.

Europe is gonna be forced to cut whether they want to or not.

this trade deficit with EZ will evaporate this year. Germany at an average of EUR/USD of 1.15 had 14% lower exports outside EZ.

As to the greater picture after May the deficit may grow again with EZ but will be much lower with " old Europe"
