Good news for the Kerryites I guess. But I am sure we will agree that Dean was a front runner some 8 weeks ago, Dukakis was ahead by 17% 6 weeks before the voting in 1988. So anything could happen between now and Nov. But none the same it is interesting to see that an incumbent is behind almost a year before his term is up.
