I don't know who invented these <G> and <GG> and <VBG> ideas. They are very descriptive and effective ways to communicate your feelings. <G>

Nice rebound of POG and POS due to sudden fall of USD when the job growth rate was announced with lower than expect figure. Suddenly bonds, stock market and PM all went up on bad news.

Technically, POG still didn't break out from the down trend. Gold stocks lead the charges and finished at high notes. USD fell through the up-trend line and finished near the low of the day. We may see profit taking of POG and golds if USD remains at this level or moves higher at Monday open. The most critical factor is the outcome of G7 meeting which ends tomorrow. So we stay tuned.

The long term chart of US dollar still heads down. We should remember that the 2-year slide of USD averaged about 1.3 USD per month. We were too far ahead of this rate during Dec. 03 and Jan. 04. Currently, we are in the process of averaging out the rate of decline back to 1.3. We should expect to see slow decline, side way move and bumps of USD for a while. Unless, there are unexpected development from G7.

Silver stocks moved much faster than gold stocks today. I expect to see the same behavior to last for a while. I own PAAS, CDE and MFN (if you think it is a junior silver stock). Good luck to all.
