You obviously read for your own purposes, not for honest discussion.

I made clear, several times, that my use of 20 years was because the post I was referring to was talking about Reagan vs. Bush invasions.

The point about recent law was made in contrast to the use of WMD over millenia.

But you only want an excuse to spew your anti-US rhetoric again, not to discuss honestly.

So go ahead, spew. We know where you are coming from. It's a waste of time trying to have an intelligent discussion with you. So I won't even bother to try any more.

Enjoy your US bashing. And don't worry about truth or honesty. Which is to say, just keep going as you are.

As for the Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production, and Stockpiling of Bacteriological (Biological) and Toxin Weapons and on their Destruction [Note the real name of the Convention]: Iraq has signed the Convention but has not ratified it.

Not to mention the biggest stockpile in the world - here in the good ole USA.
