We've got some major issues with trade, Lou Dobbs covers it every night with his show, I am certain trade will be dealt with, with the next admin.

As far as healthcare is concerned, the sad reality is that we do provide free healthcare in the US. It is administered by the states. So if walmart doesn't pay for healthcare, that means I as a taxpayer have to pay for it. I am not interested in any more corporate welfare, I think after this Bush fiasco- with the highest profitability ever from US corps and corporate taxes at either 50 or 70 year lows as a % of GDP, I think its time we legislate some of this.

If corporations want to move their headquarters offshore they can do so.... the CEO of Satyam in India makes less than 500K per year and he is doing essentially the same job as the CEO of IBM or HP now. Maybe walmart should consider moving also, I don't know. Many of these large corps are a drain on our system in total at this point. Especially the tech companies who have moved all ops offshore.
