Nope, Kerry will go back and jump in that sewer of liberal judges in MA, where he belongs. Not all the Justices in Massachusetts are card-carrying liberals. I just realized I know one of those judges on the Mass Supreme Judicial Court - Justice Martha B. Sosman. She was my partner at one time at the Attorney General's Trial Advocacy School. Interesting to note, Justice Sosman was part of the minority. She dissented from the majority opinion that held that only full marriage rights for same-sex couples would pass constitutional muster.
