Consumer credit expanding but less rapidly.
If it starts contracting the whole enchalada explodes IMO.

Consumer credit increased at an annual rate of 5-1/4 percent in 2003. In the fourth quarter, consumer credit grew 3-3/4 percent, down from a 6-1/4 percent rate in the third quarter. In December, consumer credit increased at an annual rate of 4 percent.
