Selectric when Castro really had nuclear arsenal during the Cuban missile crisis we did not attack Castro. We know very well that mad man Kim Il Jong of N. Korea has nuclear arsenal and we do not go and attack N. Korea. We only attack someone when we no they do not have "that something". So you think Bush would have attacked Iraq, if they really had WMD? Bush and folks new that Iraq did not have WMD and hence it was safe to attack Iraq and to tell the American people that the threat was imminent.
