Steve, as an Arab you should know that the UN voted to divide the area between Jews and Arabs on November 29, 1947. You say that you didn't know that the UN did this? Then, can I expect anything intelligent out of you at all? The Arab states sided with Hitler and they were very brutal towards Jews, as they are even today. You say that you don't understand why the Jews back in the 40's did not want to live under brutal Arab rule??? Your lack of reasoning power is typical for most rabid, racist Arabs. You might not want to discuss the Middle East any more, because your lack of knowledge and logic makes you look foolish and stupid.

David Ben-Gurion and most Jews were unhappy with the small amount of indefensible land partitioned to Israel. Plus, you Arabs were historically jealous of Jewish achievement and wealth, so the initial partition would insure that you Arabs would constantly be attacking and looting from Israelis. What amazes the world is that you Arabs greatly outnumbered the relatively small number of Jews in Israel, and you Arabs have had larger and better equiped armies, and yet you Arabs have always lost out to Israel, in war and in the arts and sciences. Your jealousy of Jews is equaled to your hatred of Jews. You should try education instead of hatred. Perhaps you would be more successful in life.
