when performing diligence on jeffrey s mitchell, if you cannot find hin through william secrest, which is hard to believe since they both use the same ssn, you may try a backdoor approach. the same ssn is also associated with sarah s polston and jonathan r specht. glad to help.

you are not be honest robert. there are actually 2 names associated with your ssn, nicholas gibson and yourself. the same is true for your wife's ssn. there is a timothy rodgers associated to her ssn. it is easy to verify and their are back door approach's you can use to do so. if you are saying there are not two aliases on each ssn, you would not be telling the truth.

Her husband, I believe to be, is Tyson Shell and I have reason to believe that she is employed at "cps" a govt. corporate headhunting service in Sacramento, Calif.. We need you to sort thru this & tell us for sure ;
l)Who this 'Janice Evans Shell' person is?
2) Where is she, really?
3) She claims to be an Art Historian, a PHd, specializing in Leonardo DaVinci. She has a book published, its out of print. You can find it on AMAZON.COM. Is this the Janice Shell posting all day on Raging Bull, or is Richard Marchese simply using her ID to manipulate stocks?
4) RAGING BULL would have the ISP her CPU derives from. I also believe this JANICE EVANS SHELL to be countless other cyber ID's working on behalf of Richard Marchese to launder money thru the US stock market.

Now let me see if I have this right, Janice: you intend to base your entire claim of harassment on an e-mail your friend “aaaa” obtained illegally from what appears to be Gary Dobry’s computer? Is that right? I wonder how you would explain to the authorities how you came by your information? Would you tell them you had a good friend steal it for you by unleashing a computer virus? How will you respond should you be put under oath about your relationship with “aaaa”? Will you name him/her or dummy up? Have you or your friends made any attempts to hack in to anyone else’s ISP accounts? How will you answer that question under oath? Let’s face it Janice, you have many questions to answer about this, and your other activities. I’ll bet the Feds would love the part where you and Scion boast about having the information. Maybe Gary's exceptionally exhausting list of brilliant email contacts includes just one person who's smart enough to see through all the conspiracy BS. Maybe it's that 'enforce@sec.gov' contact that he 'CC's on so many emails. Maybe he CC'ed Riley who decided to play both sides of the fence in between hunting for acting jobs as an uncredited Elk. I don't see anything conclusively illegal -- unless you're Pugs. Note: because CC lists can be "blinded", Pugs is the only person who would know the whole of the actual recipients (recipients: those would be the persons who also received the message).

That whole 'virus to steal email' thing was kinda cute. Let's see -- you'd get back a bazillion-jillion messages from everywhere. Kinda like mail-bombing your own email account. Shades of a Warner Bros. cartoon. Unless you wrote a "Really Good Stuff" filter algorithm to only obtain, of course, the really good stuff.

After posting my email ,that was obtained illegally, and posting it on the internet as part of a campaign of terror against myself and other investors who have stood up against corruption and money laundering in the US stock market, these self-proclaimed "cyberslueths" now claim to be bringing a class-action lawsuit against investors that have been sued by associates of theirs These associates being either repeat offenders of securities laws themselves or the venture capitalists and underwriters who move markets in these blank-check fronts via the message-boards these vigilantes proclaim to police.
MY EMAIL HACKED WITH "Trojan Horse' VIRUS
In my case, after speaking with the head of the computer fraud squad in Chicago, and his analyisis of what had transpired, I was informed a "Trojan Horse" virus was used to intercept email by obtaining, illegally, my password to my email account. This is a marriage of technology and Organized Crime.

Oy vey, a trojan horse isn't even a true virus as it has no self replicating ability. A trojan horse is a malicious program which is claimed to something other than what it really does. Such things are usually made available to stupid morons using AOL, using claims such as "This program will make your computer run 10 times faster than it does now, without upgrading your hardware. Just download this little program and run it, and like magic you will have the fastest machine possible. You will be the envy of your friends and relatives and become wealthy overnight. Also, it will make you irresistable to women and is guarranteed to increase your xxxxx size by at least two inches."
