" Jobless rate falls to the lowest in 2 years "...

They should have had a HOPELESS rate attached to those numbers....

That would be the number of people who have just given up and are not counted....unlike the EUROS who keep them on the books....

heh heh

The real jobless rate is 3% higher per the LA Times. The Bushies don't report those who have given up looking for work or who can only eke out half a job. it is no treat being self-employed in this economic climate. face it, Bushies need to care about average people and forget about their fat cat friends. But then again it's too late. Bush has made his commitment, to the very rich. Eveything else is just empty rhetoric.

Also, considering the Bush deficit spending, even if he were to create a million jobs this year we'd be paying about 500 K per job. That's a ridiculous failure. Bush loves to spend but doesn't like to hire anyone. I guess the fat cats get all the cash. Those at the very top plus the big stockholders. Also, since the dollar has shrunk 35% we're all that much poorer anyway under Bush.
