Commercial traders significantly reduced shorts in the Euro,Swiss, and Canadian dollar positions as of Friday's report.

They also covered some shorts in gold and silver, and shorted the stock market.

I agree with Faber's analysis except the one sentence he devotes to the dollar and suggests being a contrarian to sell it..

I may consider bailing on my Euro,Swiss positions if Treasuries start heading down, which it does seem like they want to do.

I think next week we will see more clearly where the currencies, gold, rates, and the stock market start diverging from what has been everything going up at the same time.
