Cheney and the energy cartel did indeed defraud us all in 1999-2000 with their phjony energy crisis. How do we know Cheney was behind it? Because he's refusing to habnd over his energy papers from that period. Because he could have done something about it but stoked the fires instead. Because Enron, El Paso, Duke, Williams and Reliant were all guilty we know and were all close confidantes of Cheney. Where thre is smoke there is fire. Also because they made Gilespie the head of the RNC after he helped engineer the energy ripoffs, then blame them on Grey Davis and environmentalists.
