Turnipseed can't remember, same as in 2000. He hasn't recanted anything. He never said GW didn't show up, he just said he couldn't remember ever seeing him. And still can't. GW's problem is that no one else can remember ever seeing him show up either, including hundreds of people who could claim a reward of thousands of dollars for coming forward in defense of GW. The rewards remains unclaimed after 4 years. The WHite House is not even denying this, pal. And whomever injected the word "recanted" into that headline is a liar. The story is the same.
