examine Bush's record in Texas if you want something REALLY embarrassing. An entire gook "the dirty Truth" was written just about his cash-for-pollution deals. Kerry may have been a bit defense lite 20 years ago. Then again, Reagan over-spent on huge military items and we spent the next 7 years paying off that debt. The reagan administration was notorious for never meeting a weapon system it did not like. Some of it but not all of it was a waste of money.
