Nope their are all certified criminals even their top banker was whisked from a prison sentence under their lax bribery laws , under political pressure.

The head of Deutsche Bank is on trial now and his excuse for graft and bribery is - " that is how business is done" .... " after all I increased shareholder value"

IF EZ banker are so cautious how come they had the Parmalat affair or Kirchmedia ....or ..... the list goes on, they just cover it.

Besides who were the big lenders in the western world to the world tyrants like Saddam Hussein ??? all those overly cautious bankers in Europe

Why do you think are the Swiss keeping their banking system secret ? to shield all the funds pillaged from poor people around the world.
