Neo, you forgot about the payroll tax increase of 1986. That tax increase was enormous and the revenues from that tax increase were used to reduce the deficit.

don't forget Clinton's 1997 CUT in the capital gains tax!

That was one of the few good things Clinton did
in his administration in my opinion.

Growth really accelerated after that was passed.

Does Kenneth think that Clinton's reduction of
capital gains taxes in 1997 was a big mistake?
