First words out of Russert's mouth are lies. He said: "We are here with the President this morningfrom the White HOUse. Non-critical thinkers will think it is live. Also, hasn't anybody noticed how they manage the field by always agreeing and then saying, they are going to do it. Doesn't anybody remember the news cycles controlled by the promise of a smoking gun in Dec/Jan/Feb2003.
