Howard was the best to deal with this.

I think that the issue you raise is a good one and something that is of concern to mainstream Americans. But it is important to understand that Howard Dean is a Democrat and so is John Kerry. So both are in a position to address this issue since they have Democratic political philosophies.

Kerry will get his team together after he gets the nomination. Like other candidates in the past, I would assume his economic team would consist of experts who subscribe to the philosophies of the Democratic party such as job creation, healthcare etc. And as you said on Defence, Kerry does not need that much of a help with a team of military advisors etc.
