Scott, we live in the midst of three bass filled lakes - Table Rock, Tanneycomo and Bull Shoals. When we had a weekend lake house near Dallas, I never wet a fish hook. Still don't , but doesn't take away from the lakes" beauty. I can say the same things about hunting, hiking, and climbing. We have an abundance of those kinds of things to do. And yes, the folks are extremely friendly. Moving from the urban mess that Dallas was (and still is) was the best thing Sally and I ever did!
