Doug, Yes, shortage of workers and the rushed timetables of the workers wanting double and triple time.
We need another great depression, then workers would work for less. In a tight market it is hard to get mobile workers.

As for megaplans, once built they will have reasonable production costs.

And they will break the back of cost overuns by carefule cost controls.
Still is a huge resource.
