I think it is premature for judges to get involved to this extent, until the culture is more on the side of gay marriage. Brown vs Bd of Ed couldnt have occurred 10 years earlier, even though it would have been the right thing to do. This is a tough issue and its more about money and family than it is about biblical issues of morality. The benefits that go to married folks with children shouldnt be given to others unless they have children. But that not right either because married folks get help prior to kids to encourage them to have a couple of kids. mike
PS for this election i will be a one issue guy. I will just have to live with all the rest.
