As to the foreigners, yes, I am aware of that, many of them plan it that way from the beginning. But for the average American, I doubt it. If you travel much overseas you will see why. Its pretty damn hard to beat the GOOD OLE USA for living. Especially in the Far East. I could live right now LIKE A KING in the Philippines but it would cost me a lot of lives fun things which we have here in USA. jdn
