Because i(and i assume so many others) am so confused about this issue, a constitutional amendment is too final an act in a time when views are being altered. The real decision lies with SCOTUS and the DMA act. Just like in 2000 when they saved america from algore. mike

I'm sorry I was not clear. I was talking about a Constitutional amendment, meaning the US Constitution. I don't mind them amending the Mass constitution.
