I am post baby boom and my former employees are now having to compete with tax free indian labor which is 1/5 the cost of US workers, and on top of that there is a 15K fica tax disincentive for anyone to hire them, to fund a program which they have no chance of collecting from. Seriously I think the writing is on the wall here. One approach might be to reallocate taxes across passive income imho. Or your take half money in a lump sum sounds really good, if the numbers work. edit- oh boy tradelite and Elroy are here tonight! <gg>
