Well, Microsoft is the #2 software company behind Oracle on Lou Dobb's list of "exporting america" companies. To be honest I am not sure how he comes up with his list, but come to think of it, it could be just # of offshore jobs, as opposed to % of total workforce at which point MSFT could be unfairly penalized. After seeing Lou Dobbs point this out, and hearing MSFT advertise on the local radio for Bangalore R&D positions, I assumed MSFT was another Oracle, which may not be entirely right.

But as that BusinessWeek article correctly states, there is most definitely a perception by US engineering graduates that there are no jobs here, only in Bangalore.
