There was small recession during early 90- worsen by high oil prices due to the Gulf War and decline in military spending . In case you forgot I should not include here the list of high tech companies that went public or received venture capital financing during Reagan time; neither should I put the number of people employed by this Corporations it is all easily available on the WWW that was not invention by Algore.
