Gus, When a government can embellish a new boogeyman, moving it from place to place, without restriction, that government has a perfect cover to undermine our rights. George Bush proclaims he is a "war President" , a war he started, inspite of opposition from major world players, and now uses his mistake to seek comprensations. Reminds you of the young man who kills his parents then pleads mercy from the Judge because he is an orphan. George Bush, all suit, no soldier. Does GW know who James Madison was or what he wrote? Perhaps he may confuse Madison with Samuel Adams, the brewer. len
