i did not read the book (did not know it existed, but i did follow the case closely, as i thought cell-pro had a great system and was looking to buy the stock. If i remember correctly, the jury found for cpro, and was reversed. i always wondered, why they never came to a settlement. it did have a lot of david/goliath bad company squashing the better little guy aura, because cpro was far ahead of baxter with a working system and the optics of big baxter and little cellpro...i was also surprised the govt did not support cpro on the under bayh-dole.

man, talk about dusting off cobwebs...
