Broadband helps CKFR (in my view) because of a couple of features: First, it is always on, unlike dial up, which opens access to many more consumers who refuse to deal with dial up. Second, it allows billers to devise richer and stickier marketing/advertising which will promote more online bill paying. I think broadband makes teh internet even more ubiquitous than it is now. That is good for CKFR in my opinion.
