We are still 700,000 jobs short of where we were when the recession ended in November of 2001.

Bush's prediction of 2.6 million jobs is shear fantasy. He's completely out of touch with the real economy and has spent far too much time finding ways for his wealthy friends to capture more wealth. The only thing keeping the economy afloat is the ability borrow money cheaply. However, the piper must be paid and floating an economy on cheap debt is a fool's game.
