That's so stupid even you have out-done yourself, you fricking moron. To "thwart" an investigation of something that should have already been investigated and dealt with is to admit that the predecessor -- in this case, Clinton/Gore -- were the real malfeasants. LOL, if only it weren't so serious. I believe Al Qaeda's pronouncement that they have managed to obtain the bomb, to be used when "needed." Bill Clinton, who squandered the Peace Dividend, preferring to focus on Monica's BJ's, might go down in history as the President who cultivated the seeds for us to become the second victim of nuclear warfare.
